From a single room to a whole property floor plan, we can take any project for remodel and Interior Design you need.

 

For these projects we have a fixed creative fee of $1,200 that includes:

•  Floor plans

•  Mood or sample boards

•  Drawings

•  Product sourcing

•  Specifying

•  Final styling

You can then source your tradespeople and furnishings directly and pay for them.

Our creative work includes two rounds of changes.  Thereafter, there will be an hourly fee charged.

​

In case you want us to manage and finish the whole project, we will be honored and charge our Creative Fee above and Project Management fee only.
